The Challenge
To work with HMH Marketing & Sales teams to create a customer-centric, easy-to-use online resource website for school administrators & teachers seeking the latest product information, software updates, frequently asked questions and order tracking to plan for back to school classroom readiness.

Digital Instincts engineering teams developed a product destination site hub with a backend that features a fully customized powerful WordPress CMS. The site allows schools & administrators to easily browse products and resources around 100s of HMH software & print educational products. Users are able to easily identify and locate products and topics in order to access accurate product related Support and Online Help. Program product detail screens allow users to access such information as: Videos, PDFs, FAQs and User Guides that pertain to that product. Users can also easily use the site to Track Orders, View Order Statements and also connect to the exact areas of support within HMH Customer Care's knowledge base. The custom WordPress CMS framework is particularly suited for internal HMH site administrators and non technical staff to be able to update the site frequently by adding and removing key content and product related resources. Non technical HMH staff can use the CMS to implement changes to Programs, FAQs, Latest News & Software and Product related information updates, quickly, thus keeping the site and its product related resources up to date for users at all times.
