The Challenge
To work with L'Oreal's La Roche-Posay brand create a set of "Trigger" emails that are automated personalized, and relevant to their subscribers.

Digital Instincts created 20+ responsive email templates to be used for La Roche-Posay's "Trigger" campaign. Emails included "Welcome Back", "Thanks for Purchasing" themes, "How to Use" follow ups to particular products offering more information, recommended products, repurchase or replenishment offers as well as encouraging users to connect to La Roche-Posay's social networks. These emails can be customized for each user's experience which allows La Roche-Posay to really boost response and maximise conversion.
