The Challenge
To work with L'Oreal's Vichy brand create a set of "Trigger" emails that are automated personalized, and relevant to their subscribers.

Digital Instincts created 20+ responsive email templates to be used for Vichy's "Trigger" campaign. Emails included "Welcome Back", "Thanks for Purchasing" themes, "How to Use" follow ups to particular products offering more information, recommended products, repurchase or replenishment offers as well as encouraging users to connect to Vichy's social networks. These emails can be customized for each user's experience which allows Vichy to really boost response and maximise conversion.
