L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB)
As digital agency to the L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty Group for the past five years, our role has been to redesign, market and front-end code the B2B e-commerce channel tailored exclusively for doctors, medical skincare professionals, and hospitals. Our designers and engineers have carefully planned this platform's UI/UX for medical professionals to seamlessly have access to the extensive repository of research papers and scientific studies pertaining to skin health and disease. It also serves as a gated e-commerce destination, facilitating commercial transaction orders for L'Oreal's renowned brands Skinceuticals, Skinbetter, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, and CeraVe.

Four years ago, Better Natured, a naturally derived clean haircare and hair color product line, launched through a direct-to-consumer Shopify storefront designed and engineered by Digital Instincts. The immersive storefront boasts integrated APIs, including ZenDesk live customer chat support, amplified customer reviews through Bazaarvoice, Klayvio email automation as CRM, Bold Subscriptions, and a Virtual Try-On Haircolor tool. Both the website and its Amazon storefront stand as a testament to our ongoing collaboration with the Better Natured brand teams.
