HMH Field Trips powered by Google Expeditions
Digital Instincts had the privilege of helping HMH bring a transformative experience to both teachers and students: HMH Field Trips. As a Google Content Partner, we collaborated on the development of 3D, 360º virtual field trips, accessible through the Google Expeditions app. These immersive experiences allow students to explore scenes from science and history without ever leaving their classrooms, while teachers can lead interactive lessons that engage all learners with dynamic guides and enriched content.
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?
HMH launched an exciting new educational program centered around the iconic Carmen Sandiego, bringing geography, history, and culture to life in the classroom. Digital Instincts, played a key role in launching the accompanying website, which offers a wealth of teaching resources and interactive opportunities. The platform features Google Earth and Google Expeditions games, original digital content, and Carmen-themed instructional videos, all designed to captivate students and enrich classroom lessons with immersive learning experiences.
Simplifying Classroom Support with a Streamlined Digital Experience for HMH
Digital Instincts aimed to create a unified portal where teachers could access everything from lesson planning and assessments to instructional resources—using a single password and username. HMH turned to us to develop this solution. The goal was to design and launch a comprehensive website that would allow teachers to easily connect to planning, assessment, and instruction resources for all HMH programs in one convenient location. The platform needed to be intuitive, time-saving, and accessible, ensuring teachers could focus more on classroom engagement and less on navigating multiple systems.
Empowering Elementary Teachers with the Raise Your Voice Survey Platform
Digital Instincts approached this project with the goal of creating a platform where teachers could share their insights, exchange best practices, and learn from each other. We were brought in to design and develop a website that allowed elementary school teachers to fill out surveys, share thoughts on teaching strategies, and view responses from their peers.
We integrated data visualization tools to display survey results in charts and graphs. Teachers can quickly grasp the most popular responses, emerging trends, and unique teaching methods across different schools and regions.
